Dan is a shareholder at CNBP and provides audit, tax, and advisory services, bringing more than 14 years of broad-ranging public accounting experience to his clients. Dan serves clients in real estate, professional service, franchising, and other industries, with a concentration in the construction and non-profit industries.

In addition, Dan has consulted with clients on improving internal control policies and procedures, governance best practices, and performed job cost analyses for construction companies, among other topics.

Dan has also successfully represented numerous businesses and individuals before federal, state and local taxing authorities. Representations have included IRS audits, state and local nexus issues, resolution of tax filing delinquencies, and penalty abatements.

Dan lives in Merchantville with his wife and two daughters and is an avid golfer and member of Merchantville Country Club.
